ART EXPERIENCES

DESIGNED ESPECIALLY FOR YOUR GROUP

(at our site or yours)

The orange structure at 812 W. Kirkwood Avenue began as a one-car garage. In 2004 a small addition was added at the front and the space was converted to be used as a private art studio. In 2015, The Color Wheel on Kirkwood began spinning; offering graphic design services for print as well as splendid art education experiences. Stephanie Bruce has worked for 17 years as a graphic artist and print production supervisor, and 7-10 years as an art educator. She loves spending time at The Color Wheel on Kirkwood and is eager to share her knowledge and skill in this freelance capacity.

“Much of the 17 years I spent in the graphic arts industry was with Sunrise Publications, producing catalogs and other sales support materials. Thus, the specialization in publications design. I do well with detailed and lengthy assignments, most recently completing an Annual Financial Report for Indiana University.”

“I do enjoy my work in public schools, and it is a thrill to see young artists blossom when they discover an art medium new to them or practice and master a particular skill. I especially enjoy the smaller group sizes offered at my studio, the Color Wheel on Kirkwood. I am most effective leading smaller groups and individuals toward meeting their artistic goals."
